Meet Mrs. Gall
Hello! My name is Mrs. Gall and I love teaching fifth grade.
Sunshine, Iowa State, Ice Cream, and teaching--these are a few of my favorite things. I grew up in Northwest Iowa in a town called Spencer. After high school, I attended Iowa State University and majored in Elementary Education with endorsements in English Language Arts & Reading. In my time at Iowa State I was actively involved with the admissions office by giving tours to prospective students and served on the executive board for a student group called STARS (student admissions representatives). At Iowa State, I enjoyed playing the carillon, the instrument in the famous Campanile. In addition, I loved to play intramural sports. I played basketball, volleyball, water volleyball, broomball, and flag football. I loved attending Iowa State sporting events, especially basketball games.
Now, I love teaching fifth grade at Terrace Elementary. My fifth graders are awesome and inspire me every day. Teaching is my true passion and I feel very lucky to be able to do what I love every single day.
When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband (Andrew), family, and friends. I love music, being active (running, hiking, biking, etc), and traveling. This past summer I went to Italy and it was a dream!
